Our factory (At Kathwada center) is built on a large industrial plot of about 3000 square Yards (approximately 27000 square feet). It is well equipped with latest Plant and machinery. Also, the property at Kathwada center is extended in the area of 3000 square feet. Civil engineering laboratory testing instruments are being manufactured at Pokhara center while General laboratory testing instruments and pharmaceutical testing products are being manufactured at Kathwada center. Also, we have set up our own Quality assurance department and in-house Calibration Lab equipped with state of the art tools, gadgets, and Instruments to ensure accurate and reliable product performance. A well-organized product showroom is also kept on display, where the visiting customers can examine the finished products in person and get demonstrated about their functioning and features. Quality Control is integrated into the manufacturing process & we regularly perform Quality Assurance Audits to ensure systems are intact. Our company and testing laboratories are ISO 9001:2008 certified. We have already applied for acquiring CE mark facility in some of our products. NABL (ISO - 17025) Certification within is also in the queue and final NABL Logo (tag) will be available within 1 month of time. The in process CE Certificate can be provided on personal request. The assessment audit for both the certifications is going on paralleled. A well-furnished Conference room is integrated to carry out training sessions on technical matters for the concerned employees as well as to conduct important meetings of the company’s managing directors and CEOs.A dedicated team of trained, professional and experienced service Engineers works 24X7 to offer efficient sales after services. Professional Marketing staff is a prime asset to our organization which keeps the fuel burning.Also, our machines enable us to meet the bulk requirements of the customers in stipulated time frame. Moreover, our manufacturing unit is fully operational for undertaking any kind of instrumentation work so to match the requirements of different industries. Each dedicated workshop is equipped with the latest machinery and tools as to preserve the benchmark of producing most efficient and cost effective products. Each individual workshop produces only specified a category of testing products. Combined production from all individual workshops & factory plants, broadens our horizon to a fabrication of versatile laboratory testing equipment. Calibration labs are also erected with the appropriate preliminary standards and systematic approach. The calibration labs at EIE are NABL certified & one of its kind in the entire nation.
